We provide services including Executive Search, IT Search, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Staff Augmentation, HR Automation/HR Integrated Services, and HR Consulting.

Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Specialist at Aspiree Inc. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring, communicating, interviewing, recruiting, and screening candidates. This role is based in Diliman, Quezon City with flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Making use of active and passive sourcing strategies to find and endorse suitable candidates for various junior to C-level positions.
  • Communicating directly with clients and facilitating calibration meetings to discuss recruitment-related concerns.
  • Conducting initial phone screenings and video interviews.
  • Coordinating with both clients and candidates for interview schedules.
  • Working closely with the recruitment and business development teams to plan and strategize accordingly.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure working on mid to high level IT positions.
  • Experience in Account or Client Management (external clients preferred).
  • Knowledgeable in Boolean/Xray search
  • Knowledge of technical requirements
  • Experience sourcing for Bilingual roles is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM

Work Setup: Hybrid (2x onsite/week - onsite every Tuesdays and Thursdays)
