Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, executive, and volume hiring roles
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various platforms
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with hiring managers
  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines and accurate recruitment reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing needs efficiently

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment (corporate, executive, and volume hiring)
  • Experience in banking or finance recruitment is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work on a hybrid set-up
  • Comfortable with midshift schedule
  • Preferably residing in or near Quezon City
