Qualifications:
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar restaurant management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Proficiency in inventory control, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus
