The Contract Office Assistant will provide crucial support in maintaining the financial accuracy of our organization by managing bills and payments. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks to assist the manager and ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Bill Tracking and Payment Management:

Monitor and manage incoming bills and invoices.Process payments accurately and in a timely manner.Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors.Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions related to bills and payments.Administrative Support:Assist the manager with scheduling and calendar management.Prepare and process office correspondence, reports, and documents.Organize and maintain office files and records.Communicate with vendors and service providers as needed.Office Operations:Support the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency.Handle office supplies inventory and ordering.Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as required.Provide general administrative support to other team members.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or finance is a plus.Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial management.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Preferred Skills:Experience with accounting software or financial management systems.Familiarity with office management procedures and best practices.Contract Details:Duration: 6 monthsContract Type: Temporary/ContractualCompensation: monthly wage
