Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and general staff assistance.
Screen and assist visitors and callers professionally.
Manage schedules of appointments and meetings.
Update and maintain the calendar of activities.
Schedule and organize meetings, itineraries, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences, routing them to relevant personnel.
Collect and distribute communication materials (e.g., reports).
Participate in meetings, training, and developmental work.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Word Perfect, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
Strong communication skills.
At least 1 year of experience in related field required.
Willingness to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.
