- Assisting with HR and Admin functions, general office support, and daily coordination with the head office.
- Providing support in Vehicle Logistics Department - Shipping section activities and Port operations as required.
- Managing timekeeping records, attendance records, and payroll preparation.
- Assisting with new hire onboarding activities, employee engagement, and company events.
- Coordinating with sub-contractors, suppliers, and monitoring office supplies inventory.
- Booking hotels, flights, restaurants, and meeting rooms for company needs.
- Performing other duties as indicated by superior from time to time.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Background/work experience in HR and Accounting functions preferred.
- Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced work environment.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with keen attention to details.
- Able to work extended hours if required by operations.
- Able to work in Cebu City from Mondays to Saturdays.
