Admin Assistant is responsible for overall office admin functions and general activities in the branch office including support to operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with HR and Admin functions, general office support, and daily coordination with the head office.
  • Providing support in Vehicle Logistics Department - Shipping section activities and Port operations as required.
  • Managing timekeeping records, attendance records, and payroll preparation.
  • Assisting with new hire onboarding activities, employee engagement, and company events.
  • Coordinating with sub-contractors, suppliers, and monitoring office supplies inventory.
  • Booking hotels, flights, restaurants, and meeting rooms for company needs.
  • Performing other duties as indicated by superior from time to time.


  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Background/work experience in HR and Accounting functions preferred.
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced work environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to details.
  • Able to work extended hours if required by operations.
  • Able to work in Cebu City from Mondays to Saturdays.
