You will execute initiatives through I2M and IIM processes for the site and ensure effective execution, coordination, tracking & communication of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for the plant. You will support the Project Commercialization Management and interface extensively with all levels and functions, including Marketing, Finance, RDQ, Legal, Consumer Insights and ISC (Procurement, Manufacturing, BD, Product Supply and Customer and Logistics), to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.

How you will contribute

You will:

Directly manage projects based on best-in-class commercialization process to achieve time, cost, and quality objectives; Assess and recommend any simplification process that can improve speed to market while maintaining cost and quality objectivesFacilitate the definition of project scopes, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional groups; develop methods to monitor project progress and provide corrective action if necessary.Ensure that project scope and timing take into consideration minimizing waste (raw, pack and finished goods write-offs) and reducing complexity (utilising existing asset platforms, managing SKU proliferation) to the business; champion these activities within the business and project teamsEnsure that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning (for relevant projects) takes place, is communicated and agreed upon by all stakeholders and is acted on if necessary to keep the project on track or to accelerate the project if the business need existsEnsure timely project close and evaluation to capture key learnings and share to stakeholders for future learning loopAssist in putting together information to provide for good decision-makingAssist Project Leaders in gathering cross-functional inputs for project submissions to ensure complete information and thorough understanding of the project upon submission in PAM and MORAlert PCDM on critical issues that require senior management decision in order to raise in PAM and/or MOR discussion; provide necessary update and information to assist in decision makingManage project following I2M & IIM principles including best practicesEnsure quality project information in the systemInitiate the finished good master data setup and communicate completed information to all stakeholders so all information systems can be properly set up to produce, ship, sell and invoice our productsCreate Master Data, Art Work, Raw/Pack Material availability, Track timings and report to project team; Organize trials and FPA's (e.g. materials, team logistics etc.) What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standardsPossess financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, Technology & Engineering automation basics.Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems.
