Who are we looking for:
As an Assistant Project Management Manager, you are expected to be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the overall project planning and management. Gathers and analyzes the project committee's insights and recommendations to develop project strategy plans. Creates project documentation such as schedules, status reports, and minutes of the meeting. Coordinates and collaborates with the project committee on the project status, progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Manage planning, execution, monitoring and implementation of projects.To develop project strategy plans and identify goals and requirements of each project.To maintain project timelines, objectives and communication.To create and manage documentation and reports of the projectTrack, forecast and report of the project including metrics and challengesAble to manage and implement the assigned Planned ProjectAble to provide project reports to the project committeeAble to execute project/s that resulted in the company savings and process improvementWhat does it take to be part of the team?Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, or related to Project Management or equivalent.Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experienced specialized in Engineering - Industrial, process documentation and project management or equivalent.Experience and knowledgeable with Retail Industry experience is a plus.Highly incompetent in project management and execution.Excellent in written and verbal communicationSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsExcellent collaborative skillsResult-oriented approach to work delivery and outputPlanning, time management, prioritizationAbility to accept and learn from criticism.Can do multi-tasking and work well under pressureAbility to handle conflicting priorities.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and Project committeePositive attitude and problem solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in workGood software and computer skills including google application as a Google Slides, Sheets, etc.IndustrialWilling to be assigned in: PASAY CITYWhat's in it for You:
