• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents.
• Maintain and update office databases and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
• Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursement requests.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• College gradudate of any business related course
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience as an Admin Assistant / Sales Assistant
