  • Generate weekly call monitoring reports and verify call accuracy.
  • Manage manual call recording processes, ensure proper documentation, and accessibility for review and training purposes.
  • Support in coordination, implementation, and monitoring of Sales and Admin projects and activities.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails, and perform general administrative and clerical support.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company activities, events, meetings, or training.
  • Process car-related requests for all employees and maintain and update fixed asset files.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent; at least 2 years of Admin, Sales Admin, or similar experience; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
