The Admin Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office and various administrative processes. The role involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing office communications, organizing meetings, assisting with document management, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative processes and ensure adherence to quality, safety, health and environment standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure a safe and orderly workplace by monitoring facilities monthly.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and optimize facility use.
- Ensure timely payment of staff housing and facilities.
- Manage the filing room and ensure proper storage and disposal procedures.
Requirements:
- College graduate.
- Preferably 1 year of general office and administration experience.
