Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer field visits and technical communication to identify customer requirements and provide competitive solutions
  • Preparation of technical sales tools, including product selection tools, and vertical application documentation
  • Support of technical seminars, user training, and product demos to target customers
  • Analysis of customer requirements and competitive benchmarks to inform bidding proposals
  • Development of technical sales tools and vertical application documentation to support sales efforts
Requirements:
  • College degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in technical or support area
  • B2B industrial experience is a must
  • Good communication skills with an engineer's mindset
  • Experience in product support and bidding processes
  • Result-driven, able to work in a challenging business environment
  • Self-motivated and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in engineering tools, equipment, and machinery sector
