  • Email Support: Provide technical advisory and remote technical support services.
  • Ticket Processing: Resolve customer concerns and complaints on technical aspects of the product.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet goals set for all metrics as required by the Client.
  • Task Management: Check designated queue in Autotask to see if a ticket has been assigned to you.
  • Task Updates: Update ticket as soon as you work on it.
  • Pending Tickets: Check pending tickets and make sure that it is completed within the specified Ticketing system.
  • Documentation: Make sure all troubleshooting steps are done and documented in Autotask for complete resolution.
