Customer Service Representative needed for automotive sector, handling customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and educating customers on digital products.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries in writing and by telephone in English, supporting customers with requests concerning digital topics.
  • Think comprehensively to resolve challenges with booked services, presenting possible solutions to customers in 1st or 2nd level support.
  • Implement reliably by forwarding technical issues to appropriate departments, communicating with specialist centers, and educating customers on digital product portfolio.
Qualifications
  • Personality: Customer-oriented, responsible, and communicative.
  • Working method: Professional, independent, reliable, service- and solution-oriented, with flexibility and willingness to work in shifts.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably with Australian accounts.
  • Know-how: Enthusiasm for customer service in the automotive sector, quick perception, and secure handling of common information technologies, including ticketing tools.
  • Languages: Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
