Pega Support Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Support Engineer to join our Managed Services team at Gratitude Philippines. As a Pega Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega-related issues
  • Assist with password resets, MACD operations, and other technical tasks
  • Triage and escalate issues to the development team as needed
  • Collaborate with clients and end-users to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of customer service/support experience in a technical support role
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, and software
  • Analytical thinking skills and excellent verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with a ticketing system (Oracle Service Cloud – OscV preferred)
  • Ability to work with service level agreements and escalation policies
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • 1+ years of Pega experience (highly desired)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering
  • Working experience as a Pega developer
  • Knowledge of Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, and EJB
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Pega certification (SA, SSA) is a plus
