Head of Radio Solutions and Technical Sales Support

Head the Networks Radio team and drive RAN Domain business in MOAI (Oceania, South East Asia and India markets).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire Ericsson Radio Network products portfolio for the market area.
  • Identify promising leads and cultivate potential opportunities at a strategic level.
  • Responsible for requirements management, roadmap management, new product introduction planning, and localization of product marketing.
  • Build a proactive organization that seeks out new business opportunities and drives short- and long-term initiatives.
  • Work with multiple Customer Unit (CU) or KAM organizations by driving opportunities to deals.
  • Secure that the Networks team is close to the customer at all levels.
  • Perform resource and competence planning to ensure the availability of required competence.
  • Drive knowledge management and thought leadership across the market area.


Other Tasks:

  • Develop required technical and soft skills.
  • Analyze internal operations, OKR/KPIs, and identify areas of process enhancement and productivity improvements.
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, partners, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive all Ran Engagements, RFP RFI across MOAI.
  • Work in close cooperation with inter department Network Services, commercial management, supply organization, core and cloud teams.

  • 18 plus years of proven success in Network RAN Product Management, presales, Radio and Baseband design, and business analytics.
  • Strong personal track record of sales and sales support experience.
  • Deep understanding of sales process, models, and strategy.
  • Strong track record in leading a high energy, customer-centric and performance driven organizations.
  • Financial acumen and skills.
  • Strong cultural awareness and excellent language skills.
  • Change Management and Transformation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, social and presentation skills.
  • Good relationship within the Business Units, Product owners and customer organization will be an added asset.
