PME is an advantage but not requiredStrong engineering background on facilities management systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Building and Grounds, waste and water treatment and fire protection)Safety practitioner / accredited Safety Officer is an advantageQuality Management System ISO 9001Occupational Health & Safety Management System ISO 45001Environmental Management System ISO 14001Basic Project ManagementSafety Programs (Control of Hazardous Energy, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Chemical Safety, Hazard Communication, Electrical )Energy Management ProgramSupplier Contractor ManagementFundamentals of Mechanical Engineering Theory and Application or Electrical Engineering Theory and Applications or both (both would be an advantage).Strong Engineering background on facility systems.Proficiency in both oral and written English communication skills.Analysis of Air-conditioning SystemsMotor Control Systems circuits and troubleshooting.Fundamentals of Project ManagementWindows applications CAD and other software (word, excel, power point, ms project),Compensation is based on skills and qualificationsMust be willing to work at Cebu Light Industrial Park, Basak, Lapu-Lapu CityDuties and ResponsibilitiesExecute facility operations to effectively enable, sustain, and support the manufacturing operationsResponsible in ensuring that all the facility systems installation that provides the framework to enable and support the factory's Manufacturing Operations and other shared functional support services, including offices shall be in normal operational condition.Generate regularly a shift report detailing the outcome of each shift activitiesShall take the lead in driving the daily Facility Operations MeetingsDevelop, document, drive, and implement programs that will contribute to the success of these programs and initiatives.Develop, document, drive, and implement solutions that will address continual improvement of various facility systems operations procedures and processes.
