  • Responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the day delivery of FM services to the client.
  • Responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring of site-based in-house and outsourced resources for both hard and soft services.
  • Responsible for the effective delivery/management of all planned housekeeping services, preventive maintenance programs, and contract management of outsourced services.
  • Interface with the client, suppliers, and other stakeholders to deliver results against established KPIs and SLA's.
  • Manage the project budget.
  • Monitor the performance and the quality of all services including monthly performance reporting and maintenance of the site document registry.
  • Responsible for the coordination of emergency procedures.
  • Manage relationships with the stakeholders, through regular communication and formal review meetings.
Qualifications:
  • With sufficient and relevant previous management experience in corporate facilities management delivery environment as either the client or service provider
  • With knowledge and understanding of the principles of facilities management.
  • With experience in managing relationships with stakeholders.
