Roles and Responsibilities:

Leading the Center Operations Group TeamRegularly performing office inspection and determines which issues need to be addressed and plan for addressing the concern.Upkeeping of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture of the employees.Office Facilities ManagementCoordinating environmental/ pest control schedules and requirementsCoordinating electrical requirements and concernsCoordinating repair requests, maintenance & replacement of office equipment's, appliances, furniture, furnishings, pantry, and other office/ housekeeping requirementsCoordinating with building admin for office requirements and requestsSecuring gate pass approval.Acting as Info-Hub for providing administration related informationAssisting in planning for office lay-out.Ensuring timely implementation and cost control of the projectAssisting in handling back-office operation, inter office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, checks etc.Securing facilitation of utility bills payment of relocated expat staffCoordinating PEZA and Cebu City business permits, renewal, and other requirementsProviding report to immediate superior regarding work update and daily activitiesFiling and safe keeping all forms and other daily job related documents.Attending equipment and building related issues and concernsProviding technical support to Property/Facility Manager on building maintenance programQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related fieldMust have at least 3 years prior experience in related areaKnowledge of maintenance systems, technical operations, and building codes and regulationsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyWilling to report onsite on a fulltime basis
