Job Description

As the VP for Marketing Innovations, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand innovation, design, new product development launches, and overall marketing strategy.

  • Develop and execute the global marketing strategy to drive brand growth, market share, and consumer engagement for our household brands.
  • Lead the innovation and design process, overseeing the development of new product concepts and collaborating with R&D and product teams to bring them to market.
  • Drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, including brand positioning, messaging, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and ideation within the marketing team, encouraging innovative thinking and leveraging market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, media outlets, and other vendors, to drive impactful and cost-effective marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to senior leadership on campaign effectiveness, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and incorporating relevant advancements into marketing strategies.
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in senior marketing leadership roles within the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in driving brand growth, new product development, and market expansion.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market research methodologies, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
