As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and brand visibility for Panglao Oceanview Resort. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives tailored to the MICE and domestic leisure markets, as well as the Korean and Chinese leisure markets, essential for our hotel's success. You will lead a dynamic team, guiding them towards achieving individual and team goals while fostering strong relationships within the Korean and Chinese travel industries. Additionally, you will oversee the pre-opening phase of the hotel, ensuring a successful launch by implementing targeted marketing strategies specific to these markets.

You will develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to attract the domestic MICE market and Korean and Chinese leisure travelers, leveraging innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive direct bookings. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in these markets, including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients. By monitoring market trends and competitor activities, you will identify opportunities for business growth and collaborate closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies.
