Job Description:

  • Develop a deep understanding of company's SaaS offering
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Introduce best practices and processes in alignment with the leaders and key decision makers to improve the sales performance
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales results
  • Strengthen the GTM strategy
  • Foster cross-functional collaborations with product and tech teams for driving impactful sales
  • Build strong relationships with clients and drive customer satisfaction to partner schools
  • Trains end-users on the usage of the company's Integrated School Platform
  • Conducting classroom observation, help desk, and technical assistance to our partner schools.
  • Supports clients needs through problem & complaint resolution
  • Supports sales team during sales presentations through product presentations
  • Upsells company's services to existing clients

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in SaaS/ B2B Product
  2. International B2B SaaS selling experience is mandatory
  3. Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, learn on the job and get things done.
  5. Enthusiasm and passion to take a differentiated digital infra product to the end user
  6. Ownership and a bias for action
  7. Entrepreneurial mindset to achieve speed and scale
  8. Data driven and analytical approach to problem-solving
  9. Create a safe space where the team is invited to share ideas, listen and brainstorm to deliver results
  10. Strong computer skills, proficient in Google suite, and has the ability to learn new technology
  11. Strong interpersonal, intrapersonal, and analytical skills
