We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager with a passion for the video gaming /esports industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both the esports landscape and traditional marketing principles, coupled with a proven track record of successfully executing sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships including sponsorships, and collaborations, to drive sales growth and expand brand reach.
  • Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Rumble Royale's capabilities and demonstrate the value proposition for potential clients.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production and event management, to align sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee and manage the creation of sales collateral, promotional materials, and presentations to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends, proactively recommending innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performs other related functions or Ad hoc duties that may be designated by the Immediate Head from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the esports or gaming industry.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for esports and with a strong sense of brand identity.
  • Proven leadership ability, with experience managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with strong leadership qualities and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
