Account & Relationship Management (Sales)

The position is responsible for providing strategic directions and guidance to the business development officers necessary to attain sales targets as well as to ensure continuous growth of the organization. The position is likewise expected to look into the sales process, skills, and competencies of the sales staff, and customer service delivery to determine possible improvements that would redound to a more efficient and effective operation in the National Level.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
  • With at least ten (10) years working experience handling dealers and distributor, five(5) years) of which is supervisory, assistant manager or managerial level
  • With excellent negotiation, communication (both verbal written) & proficiency in doing business correspondence
  • With adequate analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proactive, assertive, results-oriented, self-motivated, and with strong leadership skills
  • Honest, trustworthy, and possesses a character of unquestionable Integrity
  • Disciplined, Dedicated, and Committed
  • Sales experience in a Food Manufacturing company is an advantage
  • Must have a valid professional driver's license with restriction codes 2 & 3.
