Sales Manager- CorporateJob Summary:A Sales Manager is a professional who is responsible for the success of their company's sales department. They set goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they're doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what's happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month.Job Responsibilities:*Ensures 100% attainment of approved sales target for the year*Follow up of pending project and quotation*Review and approval of sales order sheets*Monitors and update weekly quotation reports*Monitor sales backlogs to clients in coordination with Sales Admin*Checks and endorse all PO order sheets for approval*Checks all quotations/designs to ensure correctness of products specifications*Conduct weekly sales meetings to review sales operation and plan for the following week*Follow up collection of outstanding accounts and potential accounts receivables especially past due accounts.*Monitors account receivables in coordination with Credit and Collection*Oversee sales activities of account executives*Assists account executives in planning sales coverage for the week*Check and review actual field sales coverage with reimbursement of expenses*Monitor price and discounting granted by AE to clients as per layout*Checks and report competitor's activities and pricing*Checks installation and deliveries to clients*Monitor all closed accounts and potential accounts through project monitoring reports*Visits and evaluate all clients to further develop sales*Ensure promotions of company image thru public relations*Build strong client base*Oversee accounts after sales service and maintain high customer service level*Ensure timeliness of reports of account executive (itinerary, actual results, sales review, new accounts, working accounts list)*Monitor service and demo units in coordination with PMMD*Monitor and evaluate lost accounts and reasons for loss. Recommend actions to be taken to avoid lost account.*Business development to ensure new clients every month*Visit potential clients with Account Executives for proper product presentation and sales negotiation*Prepares special reports on projects which are pending in the pipeline and makes recommendation on how to close the project*Plans saturation drive for selected business centers*Analyze competition especially during mock up presentations on big project and submit report.Job Qualifications:*Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree of any business course; preferably in Marketing but not required.*5 years and above work experience as Sales Manager in the office furniture, Construction, Real Estate, and other related industries *Strong interpersonal skills*Flexibility to work after office hours*Attention to details to be able to follow up with clients and meet targets.*Must have good verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients*Excellent on Sales reporting, forecasting, creation and management of offers and discounts, ownership and continued optimization of sales performance.*Excellent presentation skills; ability to communicate complex technical features in simple terms*Confident, tenacious, diplomatic and collaborative*Extremely goal oriented with ability to organize and prioritize sales coverage*Contacting and opening of potential clients to increase client base*Must possess a valid Driver's License* Willing to work at Sauyo, Novaliches Quezon City
