Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving company growth and profitability targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities of our real estate projects, training a team of sales agents, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

Train and supervise a team of sales agents.Set sales targets, quotas, and goals for the team.Motivate and mentor team members to achieve individual and team targets.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Explore new channels and methods to reach potential customers and expand market share.Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Sales Performance Monitoring:Monitor sales metrics (Weekly KPI's on Targets, Quarterly sales results and Annual forecasts).Track sales team performance and provide reports to senior management.Utilize CRM software to track and analyze sales data to optimize performance.Budget Management:Manage the sales department budget effectively.Allocate resources to maximize efficiency and achieve sales targets.Legal Compliance:Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations pertaining to real estate sales.Stay updated with changes in real estate laws and regulations.Requirements:5 Year Solid Experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and legal aspects of real estate transactions.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or relevant field (preferred).Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Attributes:Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.Results-driven and customer-focused.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
