Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in an international company to join our dynamic team in the ICT industry. The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with assigned key accounts.
    • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to propose tailored solutions that align with our services and products.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Drive the achievement of revenue and sales targets for assigned key accounts.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
    • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company.
    • Manage contract renewals and amendments to sustain long-term partnerships.
  • Market Insights:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
    • Use market insights to provide valuable feedback for product and service development.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Collaborate internally with sales, technical, and support teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Performance Reporting:
    • Track and report key account metrics, sales performance, and progress against targets.
    • Provide regular updates to management regarding account status, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering timely responses and exceptional service.
    • Proactively address any concerns or escalations to maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electronic Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the telecommunication industry in an international company.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunication products, services, and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with key clients.
