We are seeking ten highly motivated individuals with a strong IT background and a passion for learning to join our team as IT Support and Trainers for Point of Sale (POS) applications and Hardware. In this role, you will provide technical support, conduct training sessions, and assist in implementing POS software for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients regarding POS software and hardware issues via phone, email, or person.
Conduct training sessions for clients on using POS applications, including basic functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Assist in implementing POS software, including installation, configuration, and testing.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and address software bugs and enhancements.
Develop training materials, documentation, and FAQs for clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in POS technology.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
Participate in internal training sessions to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Strong IT literacy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Basic understanding of backend processes and database management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for working with applications and technology.
Prior experience in technical support or training roles is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based in Pasig City
Occasional travel may be required to client sites for training and support purposes.
Training will be provided on specific POS software and processes.
