DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops, maintains, and strengthens constructive relationships while securing support and forming partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Carries out organizational strategy utilizing job knowledge with a clear understanding of the program's operational functions. Exercises judgment around opportunities that represent the most potential for innovation and return on investment.
  • Works to improve and reinforce performance of others through clear communication of expectations, constructive behavioral feedback, and encouragement; Holds individuals accountable for commitments, tracks progress against goals and drives for performance improvement through measurable results.
  • Effectively uses written and oral communication skills to express thoughts and ideas in an appropriate manner.
  • Uses a logical approach and draws on experience and knowledge to proactively address problems or manage a situation; calls on other resources as necessary.
  • Uses technology effectively across the different areas of expertise. Identify when and how to use technology as a training development solution and tools for success.
  • Uses key learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions. Captures, distributes, and archives intellectual capital to encourage knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
  • Effectively manages time and resources to ensure work is completed thoroughly and efficiently.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid work experience as a Training Manager / Training Supervisor / Training Lead supporting the BPO Operations
  • With at least 3 years of experience handling a Training Team
  • Knowledge on training needs analysis. Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite applications.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to coach or teach and guide the development process of trainers.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; is comfortable delivering presentations to a wide range of audiences.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively. Must be able to work autonomously and balance multiple programs/accounts simultaneously.
