Account & Relationship Management (Sales)

  • Facilitate the training needed by the business to support Sales and Operations for the pre-sales to post-sales requirements
  • Identifies training needs and training gaps needed by both Sales and Operations in onboarding partners/clients
  • Develops clear training strategies based on Management Directives and prepares the training plan based on the needs and training gaps
  • Conduct pre-training evaluation to include profiling of audience, assessment of communication skills, and general probing on factors that may affect training participation/engagement
  • Conduct the training needs analysis for recurring training issues and skills gaps for Insurance Partners
  • Proposes and develops the basic framework for recurring training like (but not limited to) Product demos, Product Orientations, Re-trainings, etc.
  • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs that are aligned with the budget and the business needs to support the acquisition and retention of Insurance Partners (ie. Creation of non-technical and soft skill training that helps with account management)
  • Creates training and post-training materials/activities/evaluations/assessments that further enhance the effectiveness of the conducted classroom training
  • Collaborates with the Operations and Sales to validate the effectiveness of conducted training via post-training evaluations and conversion of clients using the platform
  • Collaborates with Operations and Sales to support training conducted by their department to external stakeholders
  • Builds the internal network of internal trainers and organizes the regular Train the Trainer sessions
  • Reviews and develops existing training programs and modules
  • Analyses training data for enhancement and improvement and reports necessary updates to both the Operations and Sales Manager
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, any training-related certifications is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of progressive work experience in any technical training or product training for clients
  • At least 4 years of end-to-end training experience (from TNA to post-training analytics)
  • Must have experience in conducting pre-sales product demos and onboarding new accounts
  • Experience/exposure to people management is an advantage
  • Adept in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint
  • Fluent level of proficiency in both English and Tagalog verbal and written
  • Must have adept knowledge of the following: Adult Learning Facilitation, Training Needs Analysis, Module/Session Plan Creation
