Job Overview (hybrid):

The Senior Recruitment and HR Officer/ Team Lead will oversee and manage the day to day recruitment process and HR activities for FV HR Team. This role involves coordinating recruitment efforts, implementing HR policies, and supervising the FV HR team to make sure the Company manpower requirements are met and sustained.

2 days on site, and 3 days remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:
  • Directly conducting recruitment of applicants from initial interview to onboarding
  • Supervising the recruitment team and managing the full FV recruitment cycle.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Overseeing job postings, resume screenings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluations.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
  • HR Administration and employee relations:
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • 1Managing employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR documentation.
  • Assisting in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Addressing and resolving employee conflicts and grievances.
  • Conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs with business units to enhance employee soft skills.
  • Implementing the delivery of HR-related training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR roles, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Must have knowledge of HR tools ( ex. HRIS, payroll system) and online applications are preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php406.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Flextime
  • Holidays
  • Rotational shift
  • Weekends
