As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in our team, bringing your dynamic expertise and sharp focus on client management to the forefront. Your responsibilities encompass the entire spectrum of recruitment, from initial sourcing to final placement, with a particular emphasis on fostering and cultivating strong client relationships. Your ability to understand the intricate needs of our US-based clients and deliver top-tier talent solutions, even during night shifts, will be essential in driving our success.

Schedule: Night Shift; from 8PM to 5am | 9PM to 6AM

Work Arrangement: Temporary WFH, Metro Manila/NCR

Can you face the challenge? Here's what you will do in this role:

  • Account and Client Management: You'll be the go-to person for our clients, understanding their needs inside out, and acting as the primary liaison for all talent acquisition needs. Keeping the communication lines open is key to ensure our clients are not just satisfied but fully aligned with their business goals.
  • Client Engagement: Actively participate in client meetings, calibration calls, and strategic discussions to understand client goals, deliver insights, and align talent acquisition strategies with client needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance client relationships and exceed expectations.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Support: Assist and support the recruitment team across all stages of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, assessment, and offer negotiation.

Are you qualified? Here's what you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles.
  • Proven track record in account and client management, with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Experience in attending client meetings, calibration calls, and strategic discussions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Highly proactive and independent in approach, consistently driving initiatives forward.
