Position: Senior Recruiter

Working Hours: Mon-Fri : PH time (40 hours a week)/amenable to work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm US Central time

Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - PHP 60,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates use various search methods (top 3-4 platforms used) to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings
  • Conduct internal assessments - Pre-Screening, Grammar, Initial, and second interviews
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview and selection process
  • Keep candidates warm by providing updates on job postings
  • Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Define job description and document specifications
  • Present shortlisted candidates to the clients
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
  • Coordinate with Operations Manager for projects updates and reports
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed

Requirements

  • Must have 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting technical roles
  • Must have experience in client management/client-facing
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Successful experience managing multiple searches at different stages of the recruitment life cycle at the same time
  • Computer proficiency including Google Workspace and Office 365 (or equivalent)
