COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for Telecommunications CompanySkills and Requirement:

  • Educational Qualifications: Must be a bachelor's degree in human resources, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
  • Experience Level:
  • 3 years of experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
  • Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in payroll software, strong understanding of compensation structures and benefits packages, keen attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and implement compensation strategies, oversee benefits programs, ensure compliance with legal requirements, process payroll, and address employee queries

  • Working Conditions:
Office environment with standard working hours, occasional overtime may be required during payroll processing periods or benefits enrollment seasons

  • Qualities and Traits:
Organized, meticulous, confidential, empathetic communicator, and a problem-solver with the ability to handle sensitive information

Job Description:

  • Ensuring all filed service agreements and contracts are keep up to date and monitoring approvals.
  • Assisting employees with the enrollment process and queries
  • Communicating with insurance and savings providers to resolve issues.
  • Informing C&B on the vendor status and filing
  • Keeping uptodate records of each employee's benefits profile
