JOB ACCOUNTABILITYEnsures the achievement of individual targets through lead generations, submission of bidrequirements until completion of project as well as account management initiatives.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Sources leads and develops client account relationships.2. Conducts site inspections and attends pre-bid meetings3. Prepares and reviews contracts as well as acts as support in the negotiations.4. Manages and resolves customer issues and concerns or escalates to Supervisor.5. Manages day to day project tender progress.6. Collaborates with other internal departments for progress of projects.7. Ensures compliance to company health, safety and environmental standards.8. Maintains organized files and related documents.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION1. Bachelor's Degree in engineering or any related field preferably civil engineering.2. Must have at least 2 year's sales experience in the construction industry.3. Proficient communication.4. Competent in business correspondence and oral presentation.5. Strong sense of time management and self-improvement.6. Able to perform productively while under pressure.7. Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiatives.
