Job Title: Business Development Specialist

CANDIDATES MUST BE FILIPINO CITIZENS LIVING IN THE PHILIPPINES

Salary: $1000 -$1100 USD + commission

Work Hours: Monday to Friday Pacific Standard Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial in helping us expand our customer base and promote our firms value proposition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of prospecting and generating leads through outbound calls and emails, managing relationships using a CRM, and consistently meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and Communicate Value: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our firms value proposition and effectively communicate this message to prospective customers.
  • Build a Pipeline: Identify and build a robust pipeline of potential customers through strategic outbound calls and cold emails.
  • Create Connections: Establish meaningful connections with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Manage Relationships: Utilize CRM tools to manage relationships, track interactions, and maintain detailed records of communication with prospects.
  • Meet Sales Objectives: Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and objectives through consistent performance and a results-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience:3 Years of demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and sales development.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • People Skills: Ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and build strong relationships.
  • Results-Oriented: Driven by achieving results and meeting sales goals.
  • High Energy: Enthusiastic, positive, and energetic approach to work.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems to manage sales processes and track progress.
