Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify potential candidates through various channels including cold calling, networking, visiting stores, referrals, and online research
  • Promote and sell products / services to potential customers
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
  • Play crucial role in expanding our customer base, generating revenue, and achieving sales targets
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, AB Communication or a related field is preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Specialist or a similar sales role
  • Familiarity with using sales tools and technologies
  • Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, passion for building relationships
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
