JOB TITLE: New Business Development Executive

JOB LOCATION: Unilever RFM Ice Cream Office, Manggahan Industrial Park, Manggahan, Pasig City

ROLE TYPE: Full-Time Employment

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The core of this position is highly-centered around business development of emerging channels for the Ice Cream category, particularly around On-premise and On-demand Channels -- Food Service and On-demand platforms (Digital Commerce).

This role is highly-critical especially with the onset of out-of-home foot traffic in restaurants, hotels, travel hotspots, and online commerce.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As such, scope of this position includes:
1. Category-Channel Strategy

  • Act as a thought leader and business partner to drive business growth by building and embedding understanding of our customers, the category, and the market
  • Craft strategy for the emerging channels, taking into account food service trends, digital commerce trends, and servicing capability of Selecta
  • Does regular scoping of new business models

2. AVA Planning (Availability-Visibility-Activations) and Operations

  • Define winning portfolio for each vertical – Food Service and Digital Commerce
  • Visualize and strategize promotions and campaigns to improve awareness and drive sale

3.End-to-end business partnering

  • Define and collaborate clear plan with cross functions : Brand Marketing, Research & Development, Customer Development, Finance, and other related functions to ensure all campaign and executions are the best to the customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food service industry or FMCG industry
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operation and processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic influencing skills
  • With background on Category and Channel operations
