Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

  • Create campaign target lists using linkedIn, web searches, to find target contacts.
  • Work with us to create campaign scripts.
  • Setup Salesforce and Salesloft to create cadences.
  • Use Salesloft to make calls to prospective clients and setup appointments with our sales team.
  • Oversees marketing communications including email marketing, website, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), social media, content, and channel marketing with partners: webinars, newsletter updates, etc.
  • Prepare events and trade shows
  • Coordinates and works with external vendors as needed
  • Owns the process and tools needed by marketing and inside sales teams (Marketing Automation, Inside Sales and CRM systems.)
  • Owns Inside Sales playbook and delivers successful outbound drip campaigns to generate qualified leads

What we're looking for

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Experience developing and managing inside sales teams (5-7 yrs.)
  • A motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, process orientation and good attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, high sense of urgency, decisive, direct
  • Proven record of accomplishment in digital and social media marketing
  • Experience in tech industry preferably in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Experience with collaboration with colleagues in English across multiple time zones (preferred)
  • Knowledge of content marketing is crucial as well as campaigns via social media
  • Experience in managing targeted outbound email/call campaigns
