Our newest Inside Sales Representative will join our largest team team in Asia to accelerate the growth of our well-known portfolio of enterprise software vendors by providing dedicated and outstanding customer service and relationship management.

Position Summary

Along with your impeccable attention to detail, we are looking for people who are organized, friendly, and can work autonomously. We want people who are good communicators, happy to pick up the phone and have a chat, and who can maintain good relationships with key vendor and partner stakeholders.

People who are punctual, super organized, friendly, and team players who want to get involved.Our ISRs are loved by our vendors as much as their teams adore them

Key Responsibilities of the role:

As our Inside Sales Specialist for the our Cyber business you will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborating with our channel account managers, vendor managers and broader team to provide quotations and sales support to our channel partner community in a timely and professional manner. Opportunity management for new license opportunities and/or renewals for our various Vendors.
  • Contact and follow-up with customers to ensure on-time closing of maintenance renewals.
  • Liaising with Vendors about our new and aging opportunities. (With regular follow-ups and pipeline reviews)
  • Fielding customer inbound inquiries (from existing clients and new prospects).
  • Maintaining our CRM system.
  • Weekly sales meeting preparation and facilitation.

To be successful in this role, our Inside Sales Representative will bring:

  • A mature, flexible, customer-focused approach with an excellent eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results.
  • A strong affinity for numbers is advantageous
  • An understanding of prominent complex enterprise software vendors is highly desirable and advantageous.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in a similar sale-orientated role.
  • Service Now and Microsoft BI skills are highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills, including both written and exceptional phone manners.
  • The ability to take the initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision.
  • High-level organizational skills are crucial, with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize workload.

Additional skills or experience.

  • Telephone sales experience would be advantageous.
