Practical Information:

Location: Manila, the Philippines|Reports to: Sales Manager| Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for the Philippines| Language Requirements:Fluent/professional English, written and verbal

As our new Inside Sales Representative, you will be building customer relationships and take accountability for ensuring an excellent customer experiencethrough regular engagement and advisory support, with a focus on the Singaporean market. You will be contributing to the strategic planning of your territory through collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the customer organizations. Additionally, you will work to ensure internal and external resources are achieving the best outcome.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders to reactivate previous customer relationships
  • Maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our customers and key stakeholders in Singapore, as well as generating new opportunities for increased market share and greater profitability
  • Focusing on net new business by qualifying and processing leads received through various channels to meet KPIs for customer recruitment
  • Contributing to regular forecasting updates to provide insights on revenue performance, hence planning, tracking, and reporting on financials
  • Monitoring sales performance against forecasts and provide regular reporting

Your Competencies:

  • 3+ years' experience in a relevant business area, such as telesales, licensing and/or business development
  • Practical experience working with fast-growing, small to medium businesses
  • Experience dealing with Singapore market and customers, as well as in a multi-national organization, and dealing with vendors is highly regarded
  • Experience and/or knowledge in software license subscriptions, cloud computing, service provider business models would be advantageous
