Senior Inside Sales, APAC

The Senior Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting within an assigned territory and accounts to uncover new business opportunities. Limited field activity may occur, but only on an infrequent basis. This role reports to the Marketing Director, APAC, sits within the Marketing department and works closely with the Head of Market Development and the sales team.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
· Qualify high-quality leads and improve the overall quantity and quality of sales pipeline
· Articulate value proposition & attach to pain points affecting end-user customers
· Research target accounts, identify key players, generate interest, develop meaningful relationships with potential customers
· Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry and the market
· Focus on generating qualified leads through strategic planning, outbound calling, follow up marketing campaigns, and fielding website inquiries
· Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and position our solutions to potential customers.
· Develop and manage customized email and calling campaigns
· Document account outreach, communications, and next step activities in Sales engagement platform and other systems as needed to measure your impact
Qualifications
University or bachelor's degree
· Value continuous learning, improvement, and overall career growth. Must have a passion for learning how to influence through consultation, solution software sales, and a highly dedicated work ethic.
· Hunter and willing to be tenacious and creative when prospecting
· Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.
· Team player with a collaborative attitude
· Possess a high level of technology and business curiosity, especially for complex back-office Banking software solutions
· Comfortable at initiating phone conversations with executives, navigating questions, and overcoming objections.
· Proficiency in using enterprise-grade sales CRM, such as , Outreach, etc.
