CORPORATE RECORDS LEAD SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Corporate Records Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of Corporate Publication and Records Division (CPRD) digitization services; operation of Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) and other existing repository of electronic files; and continuous improvement of CPRD standards on records management.

  • Ensures that all Corporate Records Management activities are conducted in accordance with NGCP records management standards and guidelines such as but not limited to:
    • Reviews, updates and enhances the corporate-wide categorization, indexing and access control standards; and
    • Identifies process gaps and endorses recommendation for continuous improvement of processes owned.
  • Ensures that all CPRD services are performed in accordance with established procedures and guidelines; and
  • Prepares and consolidates quarterly, year-end accomplishments and other reports assigned pertaining to records management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably with Engineering background such as Industrial Engineering/Management Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering) or Information Management background or similar
  • Preferably with three (3) years of relevant experience in records management and with familiarity on repository systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and preferably with experience using Adobe PRO (or similar) and Records Management-related systems
  • With high emotional quotient and strong ownership in providing very satisfactory services to customers
  • Good oral and written communication skills both in English and Filipino
