Position Overview

The Client Support Specialist position works to deliver an exceptional customer experience by engaging with their customers within specified parameters.

The role covers front-facing phone, chat and email as well as liaising regarding delivery of their services. The role includes duties such as working with client databases, taking messages, making bookings, transferring calls, advising customers, updating and recording data on behalf of our clients.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate or College Level with considerable call center or customer service experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient with office software operations such as Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to handle stress
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Great multitasking skills
  • Quick learner and can effortlessly retain pertinent information on specific clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, outbound calls and chats in a timely manner (based on each client's SLA).
  • Manage emails as per specific client requirements.
  • Other duties including leads generation, taking bookings and updating databases.
  • Work within specified scripting to advise and inform customers.
  • Record all interactions within the required Alltel or customer system or portal.
  • Ensure all activities are completed within the required SLA and specified targets and deliverables are met.
  • Approach your work with professionalism and enthusiasm while striving to deliver a high level of customer support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php47,000.00 per month

  • Night shift
