Supervisors/Team Leaders (Call Centre & Customer Service)

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Coordinate with all departments and department managers within the company to meet campaign needs.

2. Ensure Daily MyPay schedules, logs and overtime filings are correct and accurate before forwarding for final approval. This requires due diligence in communicating the need for timely lodging time, attendance, leave of absence, and accurate information feeding into payroll and conducting regular and spot checks to ensure none is missed that will impact employee payroll.

3. Ensure leave filing are checked if compliant on attendance policies before forwarding for final approval

4. PIF Creation and Timely Submission

5. Taking care of requesting and managing Finance items / Team Budget

6. Implement company policies and relevant laws, ensuring progressive coaching as deemed necessary.

7. Cascade, coordinate and follow up on important action steps for compliance such as but not limited to ISMS course and other required training for myself and team members.

Operations Management Responsibilities:

1. Upholds company policies as it relates to the program/s and drives for adherence to such policies.

2. Ensures that checks on attendance, schedule adherence, and decorum in the workplace are executed for uninterrupted operations and to uphold the Company's standard in professionalism.

3. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, interpreting and presenting trends

4. Creating, and improving daily operational rhythm

5. Addressing any concerns with staff/ leaders under your program in collaboration with HR

6. Taking appropriate actions to resolve quality issues internally related to service and product

7. Accomplishing organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different tasks and requests

8. Creating, managing, tracking and reviewing employee engagement activities

9. Other tasks and duties as assigned

10. Dealing with management issues that will arise during the operating hours 11. Flexible to shifting schedules

12. Ensure individual and team's adherence to the policies and procedures of the program and of the company; sanctions are applied for non-adherence - Compliance to company's Code of Conduct

13. Has overall coordination with the program's and company's different departments, client and management; ensuring proper endorsement and open communication is maintained COMMAND RESPONSIBILITY & TIME MANAGEMENT This refers to the Tasks and Responsibilities delegated to you by your immediate superior and all the required administrative tasks of the job. * Commitment to be present in all team meetings/huddles and activities required by management and your immediate superior. * Commitment to complete ALL delegated verbal, documented and scheduled tasks and submits /completes them on a timely and accurate manner.
