The Home Care Channels Customer Strategy and Planning Assistant Manager delivers consistent, competitive, and profitable growth by translating the Home Care brand strategies into holistic category growth plans nationwide. This requires an in-depth understanding of category-channel portfolio opportunities and competitiveness, that leads to the development and deployment of strong shopper marketing programs activating the 4Ps (product, price, place, promo) that considers category trends/ opportunities, shopper needs, and retailer/channel priorities, while ensuring investment efficiency.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Develop and deploy category growth strategy of the brand based on category data, shopper insights, and retailer/channel opportunities
  • Translate insights into business building opportunities within specific customers/channels
  • Develop and deploy category commercial plans and define right investment model to deliver competitive and profitable business results
  • Develop and deploy distribution and competitiveness strategies by identifying issues and opportunities thru a data-driven approach
  • Defines an efficient and seamless category and channel operations blueprint to ensure our brands win shoppers
  • Lead execution of plans and activities by ensuring on-time and in-full execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, supply chain and finance to drive category-channel growth agenda internally in Unilever
