Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)

The Communications Specialist is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of client communications strategy for product awareness, acquisition and usage.

About The Job

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare communication copies and key visuals for product campaigns and initiatives
  • Responsible for set-up and deployment of all communications initiatives within the stream and in collaboration with other cross-functional teams
  • Assist in identifying new channels, assets or platforms for customer touchpoints and conducting pilot tests on these new channels
  • Assist in analysis and monitoring of communications channels performance

What You Need To Have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in handling customer communications and client touchpoints
  • Proficiency in MS Office
