An exhilarating opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Head of Home Financing at a top local bank in the Philippines. What you'll do:
As the Head of Home Financing, you will play an integral role in shaping the future direction of our client's consumer lending team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive home financing strategy that aligns with the broader objectives of the organisation. You will oversee all aspects of the home financing process, from application through to approval, ensuring operational efficiency at every stage. Your commitment to regulatory compliance will ensure that all activities adhere to relevant laws. Through your leadership, you will foster a culture of continuous learning and development within your team.

Develop and implement a comprehensive home financing strategy aligned with the overall objectives of the consumer lending group
* Oversee the end-to-end home financing process, optimising operational efficiency
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications
* Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics for the home financing business
* Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant laws governing home financing
* Provide coaching and mentorship to foster a culture of continuous learning and development

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Head of Home Financing role brings a wealth of experience in sales, particularly within consumer loans. With at least five years' experience in people management, you are adept at leading teams towards shared goals. Your excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Your willingness to travel as needed demonstrates your commitment to achieving success.

Significant work experience in sales, preferably in consumer loans
