ING Hubs Manila is a powerhouse of processing services that is central to the global ING Bank business. They provide services that range from financial markets, trade finance services, lending services, client due diligence/onboarding activities, corporate audit, legal, risk management, IT and software development, retail banking operations, and so much more.

Your role
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to existing / potential clients on a variety of channels, primarily in a written format (chat)
  • Exploring solutions to less common client queries by identifying relevant ING experts to consult and interpreting information in a way that is accurate and relevant to the client's context, and actively contributes to ING's library of client solutions.
  • Adhering to risk and compliance processes.
  • Managing end-to-end the execution of client requests and complaint resolution actions.
  • Actively suggests and contributes to initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and customer service performance metrics.

All ING trainees participate in global learning events. There, you learn about every aspect of core banking, such as the role of a bank, the bank balance sheet, bank funding, IT processes, and risk management. Needless to say, these events also help you to develop your soft skills such as how to deal with business partners, stakeholder management, and presentation techniques. Each traineeship track also has its own specialized training courses.
