DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and expand business in the assigned area
  • Negotiate agreements an resolves potential issues or problems with Airlines, 3PL, CSAs, International partners agents, Shipping lines clients
  • Expands existing or current customer base by recognizing and involving top cargo agents/shippers within the area
  • Client Account acquisition and Management
  • Create awareness of all the products and services in the area t magnify market influence and generate future sales
  • Sending freight quotations to shippers
  • Develop sales network and price structure to attain targets and increased revenues
  • Implement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handles Social Media Marketing, Digital Content and Promotions
  • Airline and Government agencies coordination and accreditation
  • Filing and monitoring of yearly permit applications (IATA, CPRS, Phil Expo, BOC, DTI-FTEB, Marine Insurance)
  • Files monthly reports for CAB for Air shipments (thru AP accounting office) and DTI-FTEB for Sea Shipments
  • Answers queries from social media platforms such as Facebook messenger, Instagram, Viber, WhatsApp and WeChat
  • Regularly conducts information updates to all branches nationwide
  • Creates and manages the approved budget for the subsidiary/team Handles complaints, assist investigation and prepares documentation for cargo claims
  • Other administrative tasks required may include cargo system planning and implementation, department budget planning, staff activities, and staff scheduling
  • Prepares and presents sales activities report such as Sales performance report Prepares memo for internal dissemination in behalf of the department
  • Updates departmental functions and internal manuals
  • Provides administrative support to the Vice President - Cargo
  • Adheres to the company guidelines and policies
  • Reports to: Vice President-International Cargo and/or Managing Directors
  • Requirements: A graduate of any 4-year business related course
  • At least five (5) years of management experience
  • With a minimum of five (5) years of work related experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Experience in the Logistics or Forwarding company is an advantage
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent proficiency level for in both English and Filipino verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • People Management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
